Thank you for your interest to participate in the BMS program!
To request to have your BMS User Account to be activated, kindly complete the form on the right and click to "Submit" at the bottom.
We currently have four user roles available in BMS as mentioned below; please be sure to select your assumed role in the form on the right as well:
General Manager/Principal: This person is the Admin and have all permissions the other roles have below. This user role can submit dealer financial data, can edit data directly in BMS as necessary, can view/download "All" dealer reports.
BMS Finance/Accounting Contact: This person is in charge to submit monthly the financial data to BMS. This user role can submit dealer financial data, can edit data directly in BMS as necessary, can view/download "All" dealer reports.
After Sales Manager: Can view/download reports related to "Service and Parts" department only. Cannot submit/edit dealer data.
Note: If you are not the General Manager/Principal, we need an email request from your General Manager/Principal, confirming to which user role you shall belong to above. Please have this email sent to following email address (click here).
Afterwards, our Business Support Team will activate your BMS User Account with your approved user role and you will receive confirmation via email, along with instructions on the next steps. This process might take 3-5 business days.
